There are many ways you and/or your group can partner with us to help show our caring concern for the seamen. First and foremost we ask for your prayers that God would continue to bless the seamens ministry as we endeavor to be obedient to His Great Commission. The following are some of the things we give the seamen. If you would like to help supply any of these items, it would be gratefully appreciated.
The seamen especially appreciate home-made cakes and cookies.
Christmas is a special time and a wonderful opportunity to reach out and touch both Christians and non-believers that come to our port.
For Christmas this year we would like to give each seafarer personal hygiene items. If your church or group would like to help bless seafarers with gifts you may start now collecting personal sized items (not jumbo or hotel size) that will go in the gift bags. The following items will be included in each bag:
We anticipate giving 400 seafarers gifts this year. We will purchase and include Christmas candies and tracts in their language in each gift.
